The filmmakers have taken a very sensitive and difficult subject and have handled it skillfully and unsentimentally with great humour. A celebration of true friendship told from the young people's perspective. Great performances by the young actors.

Non-traditional love story told in a very bold and uncompromising way. The story was brilliantly visually executed.
