The main festival prize is Golden Goats.

For the first time in 2010 it was awarded by two international juries: Animation Jury and Live-Action Film Jury, in four categories:
• for the best live-action film for children
• for the best live-action film for young people
• for the best animation for children
• for the best animation for young people.

Young People's Jury, also divided into two separate juries, presents Marcin Prize in two categories:
• for the best live-action film for young people
• for the best animation for young people.

Children's Jury, which was also divided into two groups for the first time last year, awards Marcinek Prize in two categories:
• for the best live-action film for children
• for the best animation for children.

Moreover, two special prizes are awarded at the Festival:
Platinum Goats
Football Goats.

THE PLATINUM GOATS go to:
  • The TV Studio of Animation Films in Poznań, for thirty years' work and its fruits: beautiful films, which delight children in Poland and the world over;
  • The Magic Tree directed by Andrzej Maleszka, a film which has won accolades at so many festivals that it has become the most internationally acclaimed Polish feature in the recent years;
  • Václav Vorlíček, an outstanding film director from the Czech Republic, on his 80th birthday, for his lifetime achievement in the area of children's films, including the TV production Arabella - a cult series, which made thousands of Polish kids turn on TVs in search of fun and magic, so scarce outside our windows at the time of its first emissions.

 

 

• THE FOOTBALL GOATS go to Anna Kazejak, the director of Skrzydlate świnie (Flying Pigs), a daring and unpretentious football fan comedy.
